These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“Customer”) and Noblejewelryco (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our online platform, physical store, browsing our jewelry products, placing an order, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms, as well as all applicable laws and regulations worldwide. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services or making any purchases. Nothing contained in these terms in any way affects your statutory rights.

1. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

Your use of our services or purchase of our jewelry products constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent updates or revisions we may make. We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice to you. Any changes to these Terms will take effect immediately upon being posted on our online platform or displayed in our physical store. Your continued use of our services or purchases after the changes take effect shall be deemed your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Eligibility and Account Management

To purchase products from Noblejewelryco, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained legal consent from a parent or guardian if you are a minor, and have full legal capacity to enter into and perform this binding agreement. If you choose to create an account on our online platform, you agree to provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information (including but not limited to your name, contact details, shipping address, and payment information). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (including username and password) and all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately via our customer service channels if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

3. Product Description and Authenticity

Noblejewelryco guarantees that all jewelry products sold are 100% authentic, free from counterfeiting, and comply with relevant international quality standards. All products are truthfully described, including but not limited to materials (such as 925 sterling silver, 14K/18K gold, natural gemstones, pearls, etc.), dimensions, inlay details, and craftsmanship. Product images are professionally shot to reflect the actual appearance of the products, but minor color differences may exist due to factors such as screen resolution, light conditions, and the natural characteristics of materials (e.g., color variations in gemstones and pearls), which shall not be deemed as quality issues. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccurate product information without prior notice. For high-value luxury jewelry, we can provide a certificate of authenticity (COA) upon request.

4. Order, Payment and Shipping

When you submit an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We will confirm your order within 24 hours (online orders via email/SMS; in-store orders via written confirmation). The order is officially confirmed only after we verify your payment and stock availability. We may cancel orders due to insufficient stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inaccurate information, and will issue a full refund within 3-5 business days for paid orders. We are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, performance of our obligations under any contract arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

All prices displayed are final, excluding taxes, customs duties (for international orders), shipping fees, and insurance fees, which are borne by you. We accept secure payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and cash (in-store). Full payment is required at order placement; failed or unauthorized payments will result in order cancellation. We ship worldwide; regular orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment, while custom orders take 2-4 weeks (notified in advance). Each order is provided with a tracking number, and you are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

5. Returns, Refunds and After-Sales Service

1. Non-quality returns: You may return any unworn, undamaged jewelry product with original packaging, tags, and accessories within 30 days of receipt. All return shipping fees, customs duties (for international returns), and handling fees shall be borne by you. Customized jewelry (e.g., engraved, personalized designs) is non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a quality defect.

2. Quality issues: If you receive a defective product (e.g., broken, mismatched, material errors, or craftsmanship flaws), please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt and provide photos or videos as proof. After our verification, we will provide you with a full refund, free replacement, or free repair, and bear all related shipping costs. You have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund or exchange.

3. Jewelry damage caused by improper wearing, collision, chemical corrosion, water soaking, or improper daily maintenance is not covered by our after-sales guarantee. We provide a detailed care guide with each purchase to help you maintain your jewelry’s luster and durability.

4. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product, credited to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property and Privacy

All intellectual property rights related to Noblejewelryco, including but not limited to product designs, trademarks, logos, product images, text content, and craftsmanship, are owned exclusively by Noblejewelryco. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, displaying, or using any of these intellectual property rights for commercial or non-commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Any infringement of our intellectual property rights will result in legal action.

We attach great importance to your privacy and strictly comply with applicable international data protection laws. We only collect the personal information necessary to process your order, deliver products, and provide customer service. We will not share, sell, or rent your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law. We implement strict security measures to protect your personal and payment information from unauthorized access.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Limitation of Liability

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or public order and good customs, including but not limited to: fraudulent purchases, chargebacks, unauthorized use of another person’s account, counterfeiting our products, or posting false comments. We reserve the right to suspend your account, cancel orders, and pursue legal action against violators.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noblejewelryco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. This limitation of liability does not apply to damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

8. General Provisions and Contact Information

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No failure or delay by Noblejewelryco in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Noblejewelryco regarding the use of our services and the purchase of our products.
