All original packaging, including gift boxes, dust bags, certificates of authenticity (if applicable), and accompanying accessories, must be returned intact and in good condition – we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to their unique nature. These include personalized or custom-made jewelry (such as engraved pieces, custom birthstone jewelry, or made-to-order designs), worn jewelry, items damaged due to improper use or maintenance, and products without original packaging or accessories. These items are final sale once purchased.

The responsibility for return shipping fees depends on the reason for the return. If you return an item due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, size mismatch, or style preference), you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your returned item arrives safely. If the return is caused by product quality defects, wrong delivery, or missing items, Noblejewelryco will cover all return shipping costs and provide a satisfactory solution.

Once our warehouse receives your returned package, our quality control team will carefully inspect the item to confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the inspection is successful, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

We offer exchange services for non-custom standard jewelry that meets the return requirements. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team before initiating the return to confirm availability and exchange details. Any additional costs, such as price differences between items, will be borne by the customer. All jewelry at Noblejewelryco undergoes strict quality inspection before shipment – if you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
