This shipping policy applies to all orders placed in our store, covering all countries and regions around the world. Please read it carefully to ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.

1. Order Processing & Quality Inspection

All jewelry orders at Noblejewelryco will be processed within 2-3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and international public holidays. Each piece of jewelry is carefully inspected by our professional team before shipment, focusing on checking the appearance, craftsmanship, inlay firmness and oxidation resistance to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. We use premium anti-oxidation and anti-fall packaging to protect the jewelry during transportation, preventing scratches and damage.

For custom-made jewelry, the processing time will be extended by 1-2 business days, as we need to carefully verify the custom details and conduct additional quality inspections to ensure it meets your expectations. We will notify you of the order progress in a timely manner.

2. Global Shipping & Delivery Time

We offer worldwide shipping to all countries and regions, cooperating with well-known international logistics carriers (such as DHL, FedEx and USPS) to provide you with safe and efficient delivery services. The estimated delivery time is for reference only and is not a guaranteed service, as it may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, logistics peak periods and local transportation scheduling.

Estimated delivery time reference: 3-7 business days for Asian countries/regions, 4-10 business days for European and American countries/regions, and 7-15 business days for other regions (including Oceania, Africa and South America). Remote areas may experience a delay of 1-3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, we will generate a logistics tracking number and update it to your order page and registered email within 6 hours. You can use this number to track the real-time status of your package on the official website of the logistics carrier, including departure status, customs clearance progress and local delivery information.

3. Shipping Fees & Related Costs

All shipping fees are borne entirely by the customer. The shipping fee is calculated based on the destination country/region, package weight and shipping method, and the specific amount will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete the payment. The product price only includes the cost of the jewelry itself and does not include any additional costs related to shipping and customs.

Cross-border transportation may incur customs clearance fees, import duties, value-added tax (VAT) and remote area surcharges. All these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check the local customs policies and tax rates in advance to avoid unnecessary disputes.

4. Shipping Address & Receipt Notes

Please fill in a complete, accurate and valid shipping address, including the detailed street address, city, state/province, postal code, recipient’s full name and valid contact phone number. We do not accept PO boxes, military addresses or temporary addresses. If the package is lost, returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information, all losses and additional fees will be borne by the customer.

When the package is delivered, please inspect it on the spot. If you find that the outer packaging is damaged, the jewelry is broken, missing or has quality defects, please take clear photos or videos as evidence immediately and contact our customer service within 48 hours. We will verify the situation and provide you with a solution within 24 hours.

5. After-Sales & Order Cancellation

For quality problems (such as breakage, severe oxidation, loose inlay or manufacturing defects) found within 48 hours after signing for the package, please contact us with evidence. After verification, we will provide free return, exchange or repair services, and the round-trip shipping fees will be borne by us. We provide a 90-day quality guarantee for all our jewelry; within the guarantee period, non-human-caused quality problems can be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Unshipped orders can be canceled by contacting customer service, and only the product payment will be refunded. Shipped orders cannot be canceled, and you can apply for return and exchange in accordance with our after-sales policy after receiving the package. For returns due to non-quality reasons, the round-trip shipping fees will be borne by the customer, and the jewelry must be kept intact and unused.
